How to chat with support

1. Tap the menu icon → Messages.
2. Tap the Support tab at the top of the screen.
3. Type your message in the Chat with support box at the bottom.
4. Tap the paperclip icon if you need to attach a photo or a document.
5. Tap the send arrow.

Tip: Include the order number and, if you can, a screenshot. This helps support solve your problem much faster.
