How to check and fix app permissions

1. Tap the menu icon → Settings.
2. Under GENERAL, tap Permissions.
3. Review each permission and allow the ones that are switched off.

Each permission shows its status. If any shows something other than Granted, tap it and allow it.

What each permission is for:

• Location access — used to find nearby orders and for navigation during trips. This permission is necessary for the app to work correctly.
• Display over other apps — so you do not miss orders. Without this, you will not see new orders if the app is in the background.
• Notifications — to receive new orders when the app is closed. Without this you may not notice a new order in time.
• Camera — needed for some functions such as filling in profile data and photo control.

Important: If any of these are switched off, you will miss orders and lose earnings.
