How to understand a cancellation penalty

A Cancellation penalty line in your wallet means an amount was deducted because an order was cancelled after you accepted it.

1. Open Wallet → Transaction History.
2. Find the line marked Cancellation penalty.
3. Tap it to see which order it relates to.

How to avoid penalties: only accept orders you are able to complete, and if you truly cannot go, cancel as early as possible.
