How to understand your acceptance rate

1. Open your Profile → Statistics tab.
2. Tap the Acceptance rate (%) row.

Your acceptance rate is calculated from your last 50 orders (this may vary by city).

Your acceptance rate will:

• Increase when you complete an order.
• Decrease if you cancel or skip an auto-capture order.

Good to know: Cancellation of non-standard orders by the driver, and cancellations by customers or dispatchers, do not affect your rate.

The acceptance scale:

• Maximum — 75 – 100%
• High — 50 – 74%
• Low — under 50%
