How to understand your driver status (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Normal)
- Open your Profile → Statistics tab.
- Tap the Status row.
Your status is a level given to you by the service. It decides your priority in receiving orders and your access to extra bonuses. It reflects the quality and quantity of your work, and the level of trust and recognition from the platform. A status can also be given temporarily — when that happens, the validity period is shown next to it.
The status levels are:
- Platinum — maximum privileges, top priority in orders and the most favourable working conditions.
- Gold — increased number of orders and additional bonuses.
- Silver — priority in order distribution.
- Bronze — additional privileges for receiving orders.
- Normal — basic level for all drivers. Access to all main functions and orders.
