How to understand your rating
- Open your Profile → Statistics tab.
- Tap the Rating row.
Your rating is calculated from average weighted scores. This means the app looks not only at the score a passenger gave, but also at how important that score is. Your most recent ratings carry the most weight, so they affect your rating the most.
The rating scale:
- Under protection — if you get one low rating, your rating will not go down. But if you keep getting low ratings, it will.
- Maximum (4.96 – 5.00) — the highest priority in order distribution.
- High (4.80 – 4.95) — you are in the order queue after the drivers with the highest priority.
- Low (under 4.80) — the minimum acceptable rating and the last in the distribution. Work on the errors to increase your rating.
Tip: A clean car, being on time, polite conversation and safe driving are the fastest ways to raise your rating.
