How to understand your rating

  1. Open your ProfileStatistics tab.
  2. Tap the Rating row.

Your rating is calculated from average weighted scores. This means the app looks not only at the score a passenger gave, but also at how important that score is. Your most recent ratings carry the most weight, so they affect your rating the most.

The rating scale:

  • Under protection — if you get one low rating, your rating will not go down. But if you keep getting low ratings, it will.
  • Maximum (4.96 – 5.00) — the highest priority in order distribution.
  • High (4.80 – 4.95) — you are in the order queue after the drivers with the highest priority.
  • Low (under 4.80) — the minimum acceptable rating and the last in the distribution. Work on the errors to increase your rating.

Tip: A clean car, being on time, polite conversation and safe driving are the fastest ways to raise your rating.
