How to upload your driver photo and documents

Your avatar, licence and Qatar ID are all uploaded from the same screen.

1. Open your Profile → Account tab.
2. Find the PHOTOS section and tap Edit.
3. You will see four boxes: Avatar, License, Qatar ID Front and Qatar ID Back.
4. Tap the + on the box you want to fill.
5. Take a photo or choose one from your phone.
6. Repeat for each document, then tap Save.

Note: If you see a red “Not filled in!” banner on your profile, it means one or more required items are still missing. Fill them in so your account stays active.

Tip: Photos must be clear and the whole document must be visible, with no blur and no fingers covering the text.
