Privacy Policy

Replio ("we", "us") provides AI customer-support tools that businesses ("customers") connect to their own messaging channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and a website chat widget. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it — for the businesses that use Replio, for the end-users who message them, and for anyone who contacts Replio itself, including through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude (see Talking to Replio itself).

Information we collect

• Account data — the business owner's name, email, and password (stored hashed) used to sign in and operate the dashboard.
• Business content — the knowledge base, settings, products, and channel credentials a business adds so the assistant can answer on their behalf.
• Conversations — messages exchanged between a business's customers and the assistant (including images sent to the chat), stored so the business can review, follow up, and improve answers.
• Usage & device data — basic analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), and, if enabled, push-notification tokens used to alert the business of escalations.
• Billing data — subscription status processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver AI replies, log complaints/enquiries, and route conversations to a human.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to provide support.
• To send service and billing notifications.

Talking to Replio itself

Everything above concerns a business using Replio and the customers who message that business. This section is about you contacting us — through the chat widget on this website, or by using Replio inside an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, where our tools can answer questions about Replio, demonstrate the assistant on a website you name, quote pricing, and book a call.

• What we receive — the messages you send us; the country code you or the assistant supplies (used only to show the right currency and pricing); any website address you ask us to demonstrate on, together with the public text we read from it; and, if you book a call or ask us to follow up, the name and email or phone number you give us.
• Human follow-up — conversations with Replio's own assistant are forwarded to our team over Telegram so a person can pick up where the assistant left off. This applies to Replio's own sales and support conversations only. A customer's own end-user conversations are never forwarded to us this way.
• Through an AI assistant — when you reach us via ChatGPT, Claude or a similar assistant, that assistant's provider handles your message under their own privacy policy before it reaches us. We receive the request itself, not your account with them. We are not told who you are, and no sign-in is required to use these tools.
• Retention and control — we keep these enquiries while they are useful for following up, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time at hello@replio.live.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service, including: Anthropic and Voyage AI (generating and retrieving answers), the messaging platforms a business connects (Telegram, Meta/WhatsApp), Resend (email), Railway (hosting), and, where a business enables crypto features, Privy. Where you reach us through an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude), that assistant's provider handles your message under its own policy before it reaches us. Each processes data on our or the business's behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We keep account and conversation data while an account is active. A business can request deletion of its data at any time, and we honor deletion requests within 30 days; end-users can ask the business they contacted to remove their messages. When an account is closed, its data is deleted within 90 days. See also our Security & Data Handling overview.

Cookies and similar technologies

Nothing that tracks you is set before you choose. Until you answer the banner, this site stores only what it needs to function, and no analytics or advertising cookie exists on your device — we use Google Consent Mode v2 with every consent type defaulted to denied.

• Strictly necessary (always on). replio_sid identifies your chat session so the assistant can follow the conversation, and replio_consent remembers the choice you made on the banner so we stop asking. If you arrive from a link carrying a campaign tag (?src=, gclid, fbclid), we also keep replio_attrib, replio_ref and replio_src so we can tell which advert introduced you. These live in your browser’s local storage, not in cookies, and are never sold or shared.
• Visit counting (always on, cookie-free). Each page you load sends our server the page address and the site that linked you here, so we can count how many people visit. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and we do not store your IP address: your visit is counted under a code made from that day’s date, your IP address and your browser type, which changes every day and cannot be turned back into who you are.
• Analytics (only if you accept). Google Analytics 4 sets _ga and _ga_N7PQXW4154 to count visits and see which pages help.
• Advertising (only if you accept). Google Ads sets _gcl_au (and test_cookie on doubleclick.net) and the Meta pixel sets _fbp, so we can tell whether an advert led to a signup. We use these to measure our own campaigns.

To change your mind later, clear this site’s data in your browser settings; the banner will ask again on your next visit. Declining costs you nothing — every part of the site works either way.

Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, or for any privacy question, contact us at hello@replio.live.

Children

Replio is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
