Replio ("we", "us") provides AI customer-support tools that businesses ("customers") connect to their own messaging channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and a website chat widget. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, for both the businesses that use Replio and the end-users who message them.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service, including: Anthropic and Voyage AI (generating and retrieving answers), the messaging platforms a business connects (Telegram, Meta/WhatsApp), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Railway (hosting), and, where a business enables crypto features, Privy. Each processes data on our or the business's behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We keep account and conversation data while an account is active. A business can request deletion of its data, and end-users can ask the business they contacted to remove their messages. Closed accounts' data is deleted within a reasonable period.

Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, or for any privacy question, contact us at hello@replio.live.

Children

Replio is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
