Delete your Replio account & data

You can ask us to delete your Replio account and the data associated with it at any time. Here's how.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@replio.live from the email address on your Replio account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
- We confirm the request and delete your account, usually within a few days and no later than 30 days.
If your account is on a paid plan, cancel or let it lapse first; deletion ends any active subscription.
What is deleted
- Your account and login details
- Your business profile, knowledge base, products, and settings
- Customer conversations, complaints, enquiries, and analytics stored for your account
- Connected-channel credentials (Telegram, WhatsApp, Meta) and push tokens
What may be kept (and for how long)
We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business needs — for example billing and payment records — for up to the period required by applicable tax/accounting rules (typically up to 7 years). These are not used to identify you for any other purpose and are deleted when no longer required.
