The short version: you can try Replio free for 7 days without a card, you can cancel yourself at any time in one click, and you are never charged again after you cancel. What follows is the detail.
Starter, Scale and Pro each come with a 7-day free trial and we do not ask for a card to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you do nothing when it ends your account simply drops to the Free plan instead of being switched off. The trial is how we would rather you evaluate Replio — it costs you nothing and it is the reason most refund questions never need to be asked.
You can cancel whenever you like from your dashboard billing settings, or by emailing hello@replio.live. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, and your card is not charged again. You do not need to give a reason and there is no cancellation fee or notice period.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for a billing period. Because cancelling leaves your access running to the end of that period, we do not automatically refund the unused part of a month or a year, and partial periods are not pro-rated.
That is the default, not a wall. Write to us if something went wrong and we will look at it. We will normally refund where:
Email hello@replio.live from the address on the account and tell us what happened. We aim to answer within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Where a payment was made in USDT or by bank transfer, we refund by the same route and may need account details to do it.
Charges for things already delivered are not refundable, because the cost was incurred on your behalf at the moment you used them: AI replies beyond your plan’s monthly allowance, reply packs, WhatsApp conversation fees billed by Meta, OTP credits, AI call minutes and SMS. Unused credits in a pack stay on your account and do not expire while the account is open.
Annual billing is discounted precisely because it is committed up front, so an annual term is not refundable part-way through except in the situations listed under Refunds above or where the law requires it. You can still cancel at any point to stop the next renewal.
Your plan renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect so you can cancel first. A renewal you were not told about, and did not want, is exactly the kind of charge we will refund.
Nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country. Where that law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law wins.
