These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Replio ("Replio", "we", "us"), an AI customer-support platform that businesses ("you", "customer") connect to their own messaging channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and a website chat widget. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
Replio lets you build an AI assistant trained on your own knowledge base to answer your customers, log enquiries and complaints, and hand off to a human when needed, across the channels you connect. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
You agree not to use Replio to: send spam or unsolicited messages; break the law or infringe others' rights; transmit malware; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or process content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the policies of a connected channel. You are responsible for ensuring your use of each messaging channel complies with that channel's own terms.
When you connect a channel (such as Meta/WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or Telegram), your use of that channel is also governed by that provider's terms and policies, and you are responsible for any messaging fees those providers charge directly (for example Meta's WhatsApp conversation pricing). Replio relies on sub-processors to deliver the service; see our Security & Data Handling overview and Privacy Policy for details.
You retain ownership of the knowledge base, settings, products, and conversations you and your customers create ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Customer Data to provide the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the Customer Data you upload and for obtaining any required consents from your end-users. We handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy, and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
Replio, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in Replio to you.
Replio uses AI to generate replies based on the knowledge and settings you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing and configuring your assistant appropriately. Replio is a tool to assist your support operation and is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice to your end-users.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using and close your account at any time; see how to delete your account and data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted in line with our retention practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above, and your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.
