Growth Manager — Sales

Replio is an AI customer-support platform that lets any business run a 24/7 support agent across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website chat and voice — answering customers instantly, in their own brand voice. We're live, we have paying clients, and we're ready to grow.

You own bringing new paying businesses onto Replio: outbound, partnerships, community and content that you originate. You run the demos and you close the deals.

What you earn

You earn a share of what your clients actually pay, every month they stay. Bigger clients pay you more. There is no cap.

The monthly share — your residual — continues for as long as that client keeps paying, up to 12 months per client. It stops if they cancel.

What that means per client

Replio's plans, and what each one is worth to you:

One Pro client is worth more to you than four WhatsApp clients. That's deliberate — the better the fit you sell, the more you make, and the same is true for us. Commission is quoted and calculated in US dollars; your payment currency is confirmed when you start.

Your target

2 new paying clients per month. A client counts once they've signed up for a Replio plan, paid at least one full month, and not cancelled or refunded within 30 days. Free trials, demos and test accounts don't count.

How we know a client is yours. You get your own tracking link on day one — replio.live/?src=YOURCODE. Anyone who signs up through it is automatically credited to you, and the link remembers them for 45 days. For deals you close by phone, WhatsApp or in person, log the lead in our shared pipeline before they sign up and it's yours if they convert within 90 days.

Businesses that find Replio on their own — through our website, search, ads or the founder's own network — aren't attributable to your work and don't count. The flip side is that the tracking protects your deals from ever being credited to someone else.

How the first months work

• Months 1–2 are a ramp. We don't expect closes while you learn the product. We do expect activity: around 50 qualified outbound contacts a week, and 5 demos or discovery calls booked per week from month 2.
• The first 3 months are probationary — either side can end the engagement on one week's notice. After that, one month's notice either way.
• If there are no clients at all by the month-3 review, we'll take that as a sign the role isn't working and end it there rather than let it drift. You keep everything you've earned.
• If we part ways, you're paid every signing fee and residual already earned, plus residuals for a further 3 months on your clients who are still paying.

What we're looking for

• You can sell. Prior SDR, closing, or B2B/SaaS sales experience is a big plus.
• Comfortable doing outbound and hearing "no" on the way to "yes".
• Clear, persuasive written English (most outreach is text-based).
• Genuinely self-directed — you set your own hours and nobody stands over you.
• Bonus: an existing network of business owners, or experience selling chat, support or marketing tools.

The engagement

• You are self-employed. This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment. You control your own hours, your methods and your equipment, you're free to work with other businesses, and you invoice us for commission earned.
• You're responsible for your own tax and any registration your country requires of self-employed people. We don't deduct tax at source.
• Commission is paid monthly, once the client's payment has cleared and the 30-day refund window has passed. If a client refunds within 30 days, that signing fee is reversed.
• Every Replio account you hold must have 2FA or a passkey enabled.
