Gallabox vs QuickReply.ai: a sales desk, a store's marketing engine, and a third option

Most comparisons of these two tools are a year out of date. Back then both were WhatsApp-first and neither sold an AI agent. Both have moved since. We read Gallabox's and QuickReply.ai's own pricing and product pages in September 2026 and rebuilt this page from what they publish today, including the parts that favour them over us.

The short answer

Gallabox is a sales desk. Its pricing page leads with speed-to-lead and qualification, its integrations are CRMs (Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot, and Pipedrive and Salesforce on its top self-serve plan), and the businesses it showcases are estate agents, colleges and clinics that judge a conversation by whether it became a qualified lead. QuickReply.ai is a store's marketing engine. Its homepage promises to turn visitors into repeat buyers, and its feature list is abandoned-cart recovery, COD-to-prepaid conversion, order alerts and repeat-purchase reminders, built around Shopify and online merchants.

So the first cut is easy. If you sell a service and your WhatsApp is full of leads that need qualifying and routing, shortlist Gallabox. If you run an online store and WhatsApp is a revenue channel you want to push campaigns through, shortlist QuickReply.ai.

Replio is neither, and it is better to say that before the sales pitch. It is an AI agent that answers customer questions from your own knowledge, the same way on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and your website. It has no abandoned-cart journeys and no sales pipeline. It belongs on this page because a large share of the inbox at a sales team and at a store is the same kind of message: someone asking a question that already has a written answer.

Gallabox: what the entry plan buys, and where its edges are

Gallabox's cheapest self-serve plan, Basic, is $112 a month billed annually, and quarterly billing costs more. It is a real product: a shared inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat, chatbot flows, catalog and payments, and more than 20 integrations. Three rows of its own comparison table decide most evaluations, though, and they are easy to miss on the plan cards.

  1. The AI agent on Basic works on your website only. AI agents on WhatsApp and Instagram start at Essential, $248 a month billed annually. If the reason you are looking at Gallabox is an AI that answers WhatsApp, Basic is not the plan to price.
  2. Basic's three users are a hard cap. You cannot buy a fourth seat on Basic; you upgrade. Essential includes six users and Advanced ten, with extra users at $18 and $24 per user per month respectively.
  3. AI is metered in credits, and a credit is not an answer. Gallabox's FAQ says credits are used by AI replies, translations, rewrites, knowledge-base lookups and outcome scoring, and plan credits reset each cycle without rolling over. Essential includes 2,000 a month. Before comparing that number with anything, ask Gallabox how many credits one fully answered customer question uses on your setup. The knowledge base also grows with the plan: Basic takes no data sources, Essential accepts documents and PDFs, Advanced adds website URLs.

WhatsApp usage then sits on top. Gallabox bills message fees separately from the platform fee, and its pricing FAQ says Meta's fees are reflected on your invoice with Gallabox's markup, discounted on Enterprise. Nothing about that is hidden, since it is written on the pricing page, but it means you should budget from Gallabox's own rate card rather than Meta's.

Where Gallabox is strongest is where its plan ladder points: a team working leads. Click-to-WhatsApp ad attribution with the Conversions API, two-way CRM sync, WhatsApp calling, AI voice on WhatsApp and phone calls on Advanced, and a paid, one-time AI Solutions Engineer engagement that builds the agent for you. Replio has no ad-attribution reporting and no HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce sync. If that is your job, Gallabox is built for it.

QuickReply.ai: a marketing engine priced by agent login

QuickReply.ai's published plans start from $39 a month billed annually for Starter, $99 for Standard and $199 for Plus, with taxes and WhatsApp messaging charges extra, and every plan is sold through a demo rather than a self-serve signup on its pricing page.

The plan ladder tells you what the product is for. The entry plan already includes abandoned-checkout recovery, order alerts, welcome and exit pop-ups and the WhatsApp website widget. Standard adds WhatsApp bots, keyword replies, cross-sell and upsell, feedback collection and one-way CRM sync. Plus adds custom chatbot setups, two-way CRM sync, product-browsing and add-to-cart recovery, custom integrations and a white-glove service. Contacts are unlimited on every plan.

The lever is agent logins: one, two or five by plan, then $10 per agent per month. That is the cheapest way on this page to put extra people in an inbox, and if your WhatsApp is mostly outbound campaigns with a small team handling the replies, it is a sensible shape. The trade-off is the same one it makes deliberately: it is designed around selling to shoppers, and it lists a Gorgias helpdesk integration for the support side rather than positioning itself as the support desk.

One worked example: five people answering WhatsApp and Instagram

Sticker prices compare badly across tools that meter different things, so here is one concrete team: five people, WhatsApp and Instagram both connected, and an AI answering on both. Prices below are each vendor's published monthly rate on annual billing, before WhatsApp message fees.

Plan you needMonthly, billed annuallyAI allowanceWhatsApp fees
GallaboxEssential (Basic has no WhatsApp AI agent and caps at 3 users)$248, 6 users included2,000 AI creditsSeparate, with markup
QuickReply.aiStandard plus 3 extra agents$129 ($99 + 3 × $10), billed annuallyNot priced on the public page; ask in the demoSeparate; ask whether marked up
ReplioScale (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger together)$130, billed annually ($149 month to month), 5 seats30,000 AI repliesNo Replio markup

Two honest readings. First, QuickReply.ai and Replio land within a dollar of each other, and Gallabox costs roughly double, though its sixth user is already included. Second, and more important, the AI column is not comparable as written. Replio counts one per AI reply sent; Gallabox counts credits that a single answered question can draw on more than once; QuickReply.ai does not publish an AI allowance at all. We are not going to invent a conversion rate. It is the single number most worth getting in writing before you sign anything.

The question neither pricing page answers: who handles the questions?

Look at what the two products meter. Gallabox meters AI work and users. QuickReply.ai meters agent logins. Both are built on the idea that the hard part of WhatsApp is qualifying a lead or selling to a shopper, and that the messages around it land on a person with a login: do you deliver to my area, what time do you close, can I pay on delivery, is this available in a larger size, how do returns work.

That is where the cost actually sits. A lead who waits three hours for an answer about delivery goes cold whether or not a pipeline exists. A shopper whose sizing question is answered the next morning never becomes an abandoned cart, because nothing was ever added to one, so no recovery flow will find them. These messages arrive after closing time and at weekends, in whatever language the customer writes in, and almost all of them already have an answer written down somewhere in your FAQs, website or price list.

A campaign tool does not answer them, and a sales desk routes them to a person. An AI agent that has read your answers can reply to them in seconds, at 2am, in Arabic, French or Hindi, and hand the conversation to a person only when it needs one. That is the part of the inbox Replio is for.

Where Replio fits, and where it does not

What you get:

What you do not get, stated plainly:

How to choose in ten minutes

Open your inbox, take the last hundred messages customers sent you on WhatsApp and Instagram, and sort them into three piles.

  1. Leads to qualify and route to a salesperson. If this pile is the tallest and your team lives in a CRM, start with Gallabox, and price Essential rather than Basic if you want AI on WhatsApp.
  2. Shoppers you could sell to, recover or re-engage. If this pile is the tallest and you run a Shopify store, start with QuickReply.ai.
  3. Questions that already have a written answer. If this pile is the tallest, what you need is something that answers without a login, on every channel your customers use. That is what Replio does, and the free plan and the live demo let you test it on your own questions before you pay.

Most businesses find the third pile is bigger than they expected. The choice is also not always either-or: Replio can answer on Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and your website while a campaign tool runs your WhatsApp marketing. If you want both on the same WhatsApp number, confirm with each vendor that the setup is supported before you plan around it.

Moving to Replio from Gallabox or QuickReply.ai

  1. Start on the free plan, or the 7-day Starter trial.
  2. Your WhatsApp Business number is registered with Meta rather than owned by your current platform, so it can move. Ask your current provider how they release a number, and pick a quiet hour for the switch.
  3. Paste your FAQs, or import your website, a file or a Google Doc, so the agent learns your business.
  4. Connect Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and the website widget alongside WhatsApp.
  5. Invite your team to the shared inbox. The AI answers, and anyone can take over a conversation at any time.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Gallabox and QuickReply.ai?
Gallabox is built for sales and lead-qualification teams: a shared inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat, AI agents metered in credits, CRM sync with tools such as Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce, and AI voice on its Advanced plan. QuickReply.ai is built for online stores, especially on Shopify: abandoned-cart recovery, COD-to-prepaid conversion, order alerts, broadcasts and drip campaigns, with an AI chatbot and an inbox covering WhatsApp, web chat and Instagram.
Which is cheaper, Gallabox or QuickReply.ai?
On published entry prices, QuickReply.ai: its plans start from $39 a month billed annually, against $112 a month billed annually for Gallabox Basic, and it adds agents at $10 per agent per month against Gallabox's $18 to $24 per extra user. Both bill WhatsApp message fees separately. The fairer comparison is the plan you actually need: Gallabox's AI agents on WhatsApp start on its Essential plan, $248 a month billed annually.
Do Gallabox and QuickReply.ai have AI agents?
Yes, both do in 2026. Gallabox offers AI agents on the web on every plan and on WhatsApp and Instagram from its Essential plan, metered in monthly AI credits that are used up by replies, translations, rewrites and knowledge-base lookups. QuickReply.ai offers a no-code AI chatbot builder for pre-sales and post-sales questions, with handover to human agents.
Does Gallabox add a markup on WhatsApp message fees?
Gallabox's own pricing FAQ says WhatsApp fees are charged by Meta and reflected on your invoice with Gallabox's markup, billed separately from the platform fee, with a discounted markup on Enterprise contracts. Replio adds no markup on Meta's WhatsApp rates, and messages are unlimited on every Replio plan.
Which is better for a Shopify store, Gallabox or QuickReply.ai?
QuickReply.ai is the more store-shaped product: abandoned-checkout recovery and order alerts are on its entry plan, and its feature list is built around online merchants. Gallabox connects to Shopify as a paid add-on but is designed mainly around lead-driven sales teams. Replio's Shopify connection is listed as coming soon, so Replio is not the tool for cart recovery today.
Is there an alternative to Gallabox and QuickReply.ai for customer support?
Yes. Replio is an AI agent that answers customer questions from your own knowledge across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and your website in 50+ languages, then hands off to your team in a shared inbox. There is a free plan for Telegram and the website widget, a 7-day trial you can cancel anytime, and paid plans at $49, $149 and $349 a month with unlimited messages.
