AI customer support for businesses in Serbia
Replio is an AI agent that answers your customers on WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and your website around the clock, in the language and script they write in. This page is for Serbian businesses, and it says plainly what works today, what does not yet, and what we tested in Serbian before writing it.

Serbian is written three different ways
A Serbian customer might write "Želim da zakažem termin" with every diacritic, "zelim da zakazem termin" with none because the phone keyboard made them a chore, or the same sentence in Cyrillic. All three are normal, often from the same person on the same day, and a bot that only copes with one of them fails a third of your messages before it has said anything useful.
Replio's agent reads what arrives and replies in the language and script the customer used. We checked this on 30 September 2026 by asking it questions in Latin with diacritics, Latin without them, and Cyrillic. It understood and answered all three. It also showed a weakness you should know about: one Cyrillic reply used Ijekavian forms (words like "primjer" and "podsjetnik"), which are standard in Bosnia, Montenegro and Croatia, where Serbia normally says "primer" and "podsetnik". The meaning is clear, but a Serbian customer will notice it.
The fix is in your hands. The agent follows the wording in your knowledge base, so write your answers the way your own staff would say them, and have someone on your team read the first dozen replies before you point customers at it. It is the same advice we give any business, and it matters more when the language has regional variants.
What Serbian customers send, and what happens
| The message | What the agent does |
|---|---|
| "Da li imate slobodan termin sutra posle 17h?" | Offers the open slots in your booking calendar and books the one the customer picks. |
| "zelim da zakazem ciscenje lica" (no diacritics) | Understands it, asks which day suits, and books the service with its own length. |
| "Колико кошта пломба?" (Cyrillic) | Answers from the price list in your knowledge base, in Cyrillic, or says it will ask the dentist if the price is not written down. |
| "Gde je moja porudzbina?" | Explains your courier and delivery times, then hands the order-specific part to your team. Replio does not look up orders in a shop system. |
| "Hi, I'm visiting Belgrade next week, do you take walk-ins?" | Answers in English, from the same knowledge base, without a second setup. |
| A voice note asking about opening hours | Transcribes it and answers in text. |
Who this fits in Serbia
Clinics and dental practices get the most from the booking calendar. Patients write in the evening, in Cyrillic or Latin, and want an appointment, a price or to know whether a procedure hurts; the agent answers the first two and routes the third to a person. Anything that sounds like a medical emergency or a complaint goes to your team with the conversation attached, and the agent does not give medical advice.
Salons, barbers and spas have the same pattern with shorter appointments and more no-shows. Our salon page walks through a full Saturday, including per-stylist calendars and reminders.
Online shops spend their day on delivery questions. The agent can answer where you deliver, how long each city takes, how returns work and whether payment on delivery is possible, as long as those answers are in your knowledge base. It will not track a parcel, and we say so above because some tools pretend otherwise.
Apartments, guesthouses and restaurants in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš talk to guests from abroad all week. The same agent switches to English, German or Russian as the guest writes, and on Scale and Pro your own staff can read and reply in any language through Live Translate. Our restaurant page covers reservations and menus in detail.
Prices, and what you see in dinars
Starter is $49 a month for one of WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, plus Telegram and the website widget, with 2 team seats and 8,000 AI replies a month. Scale is $149 for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger together, with 5 seats and 30,000 AI replies. Pro is $349 with 15 seats and 50,000 AI replies. Customer messages are unlimited on every plan, and there is a 7-day free trial. You are billed in US dollars by card. This site shows an estimate in Serbian dinars next to each dollar price for visitors in Serbia, worked out at the day's exchange rate, so you can judge the cost in your own currency; the estimate is only a guide, and the charge is in dollars.
Viber
Many customers in Serbia also use Viber, and it is fair to expect a business here to be asked for it. Replio does not support Viber today. Until that changes, the practical answer is a WhatsApp link or QR code next to, or instead of, your Viber number, and the website widget for people who would rather stay in the browser. If Viber is essential for you, tell us at hello@replio.live, because it decides what we build next.
How to start
- Start the 7-day trial and paste in your prices, opening hours, delivery and returns policy, in the wording you want customers to see, in Latin or Cyrillic or both.
- Connect WhatsApp through Meta's signup, or add Messenger, Telegram or the website widget, which take minutes.
- Ask it the ten questions your customers ask most, in the ways they really type them, and have a Serbian speaker read the answers.
- Turn on alerts so a person on your team hears about complaints, payment problems and requests for a human, then point customers at it.
