Talk to your team without leaving Replio
Call a teammate, drop into a shared huddle, or share your screen — right inside Replio, in the same window where you answer customers. No meeting link, no dial-in, no separate app to install.
Why this exists
Some things take five messages to explain and five seconds to say. Replio's team chat already sits where your support work happens; voice, huddles and screen share sit right next to it, so getting a second opinion or walking a teammate through something never means switching tools.
1:1 calls
- Open a teammate's chat and press call. No meeting link to generate, no dial-in number, nothing to set up first.
- Ask to record, and get the recap. Recording starts off. Press record and your teammate is asked first — nothing is captured unless they agree, and either of you can stop it at any point.
- Notes take themselves. When a recorded call ends, Replio posts the length, a short summary and the full searchable transcript straight into the conversation.
- Your organisation's policy, your switch. If recording calls isn't allowed at your company, Settings → Call recording turns it off for everyone — the button disappears and the server refuses recordings.
Huddles — when it's more than two people
Press the headphones icon on your team channel to start or join a huddle — a shared voice room your whole team can drop into and out of, the way you'd walk over to someone's desk. Starting a huddle rings your team a few times and leaves a Join pill on screen they can tap any time, so nobody is forced into a call and nobody misses that one is happening.
- Video and screen share, live in the same room. Turn your camera on, or share your screen so the whole team sees exactly what you see — sized to actually be readable, not a postage-stamp thumbnail.
- Reactions and hand-raise for the quick "I want to speak" or a silent 👍 without interrupting whoever's talking.
- Guest links let someone outside your team join a specific huddle without a Replio account.
- Owners and admins can remove anyone from a huddle — a teammate or a guest — if it's needed.
How it fits together
- Everyone's already in Replio. Your team chat, your customer inbox and now voice/video/screen share live in one tab — nothing new to log into.
- Calls and huddles don't collide. If you're already on a 1:1 call, joining a huddle is blocked until you finish (and vice versa) — no accidental double-audio.
- Recording is opt-in, always. Nobody's call is captured by default, on either a 1:1 or a huddle with recording enabled — someone has to ask, and the other side has to agree.
